What is Not Covered by the Warranty

How to Make a Warranty Claim
We understand that dealing with a jewelry issue can be disappointing, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. If you believe your item qualifies for warranty support, please reach out to us with the following:

- Extended Warranty on Replacements: Repaired or replaced items come with an additional 6-month warranty from the date they are returned to you, allowing you continued peace of mind.
