- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must:

**Important: Please specify a return sender address on your package.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization standards, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Earrings and Pierced Jewelry: Not eligible for return unless defective.
- Engraved or Personalized Items: Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Sale Items: Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Change of Mind Returns
For returns due to change of mind (where the item has no fault and is as described), we offer store credit only, which can be used for future purchases.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as Bella Luisa is not liable for items lost in transit.
